Citronella is beautifully carved into the volcanic cliffs 50Ft. above sea level in Negril, Jamaica.
With almost three acres of lush tropical landscape, this property has been kept in the "traditional Jamaican" environment.

Citronella was founded in the early 1970's by it's present owner searching for his piece of paradise.
He has created a resort where you can truly get away from it all. Citronella caters to people from all over the world.
Most of the clientele are repeat customers who return to Citronella for its location, beauty, healthy food, and secure atmosphere.
The cottages are very private from one another. They are all open-aired with louvered windows, (no screens as they tend to keep the mosquitoes in), ceiling fans and Mombassa mosquito netting over every bed.
Verandahs as well as a hammock, are a big part of every cottage with all having their own private sea-access (except A-Frame-available Nov.8 and Conch House they share a sea access).
All the cottages have a small fridge, a toaster and coffee maker as well.
Cove House, Round House and A-Frame have a full kitchen which consists of a full sized fridge, a 2 burner gas stove, the appropriate utensils, cutlery, etc. and
the above mentioned toaster and coffee maker.
The Round House is our most popular house. Situated at one corner of the property, it offers its own private sea access and sleeps 2 to 4 comfortably.
It has a full kitchen and bath. It offers a view of the Negril Lighthouse from the veranda that sweeps halfway around the house. The sea-grotto shower is a special treat.
The Round Hose has a full bed in the loft and two daybeds down.
The Cove House is situated in the middle of the property. It offers its own private sea access and swimming cove.
Secluded from everyone else, it has a full kitchen, three separate bedrooms, a full bath, dining and living rooms, a large veranda cliffside with sea view,
and sleeps 6 to 8 very comfortably.
There is also an extra cliffside shower at the sea-access.
Cove House has 3 full beds and one daybed.
The Cave House is built into the cliff over the deepest cave on the property. It offers a beautiful veranda, bedroom, living area, and full bath.
Perfect for a couple. Sleeps 2 to 4. Private seas access and cliff side shower.
The Cave House has a king bed and two daybeds.
The Conch House is a double bungalow or one great house. It sleeps 2 to 4 comfortably and has an upstairs loft and outside front veranda.
It offers its own private sea access. Both sides have a small refrigerator and coffee maker.
The Conch House (each side) has 1 full bed down and 1 full bed in loft.
The A Frame is a private delight. It offers gardens and a private veranda. Sleeps 2 to 4 nicely and has a full kitchen and bath.
