- All Inclusive beach front resort centrally located on Negril's seven mile beach.
- All Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) will be catered Buffet style or a la carte in either the enclosed dining area or under the stars in the
open air dining area.
- Restaurant features fresh, varied and well presented fare.
- Beachfront Bar serves beer and local alcoholic favorites from 10 am until 10 PM. After that time the cash bar is open.
- As this is an all-inclusive resort, off-site guests must register and pay a $55 fee
- Rooms are in pretty, two story units set back from the beach in a garden setting. The A/C rooms are bright, comfortable and spacious.
- All 38 rooms have TV, A/C, ceiling fans and balconies with table and chairs.

- (3)Garden View Junior Suites are open concept with Queen & double bed (2) or King (1) + refrigerator
