Nirvana is centrally located on Negril Beach in a romantic and private setting with only nine rental units to suit individual tastes and we are a terrific value... you can rent one unit, several units or the whole property for that special island-style laid back and non-commercial beachfront vacation you have been searching for.

  • 5 Cottages, 2 Veranda Suites, Sun Deck Suite and Owners Suite (newly available)all fully screened.
  • Cottages have king bed in 1 bedroom and 2 twins in the other bedroom(s)
  • All units are fully screened and have ceiling fans in every room
  • Maid/ Cook services included in rate (one meal per day) for the cottages and maid service included with suites (guests provide own food)
  • Totally private beach area within property line, beach lounge chairs, charcoal grill & picnic area and hammocks in the shady gardens
  • 24 hour security - beach guard and night watchman. Guard will watch belongings on the beach if you wish to walk the beach, engage in watersports or nap.

  • Cottage # 1: 3 bedrooms / maximum 6 people, ½ tiles bath in cottage, kitchen, 1 full modern bathroom with open tiled shower right outside.

  • Cottage # 2: largest 3 bedroom / max. 6 people, kitchen, full bathroom in cottage and another full bathroom just outside.

  • Cottage #3 and #4: 2 bedrooms in each / max. 4 people each cottage, deluxe tiled bathroom inside and lovely open family room/kitchen.

  • Cottage # 5: Newest 2 bedroom, most spacious and the only unit designed with handicapped access, huge bathroom, living/dining area with lovely kitchen.

  • Veranda Suites (2): Each feature 750. Sq. ft. of elegant A/C living area with king bed, kitchenette, fabulous tiled bathroom with bidet, large his and hers dressing room. Relax and enjoy a beachfront and sunset view from your romantic private veranda!

  • Sun Deck Suite: A/C suite features a king bed in a lovely oversized room with total privacy, a posh tiled bath and large walk in closet. Enjoy the fabulous ocean view from your large and totally private sun deck. * New kitchenette with table & chairs, coffee maker, blender, toaster, 1 burner & fridge.

  • Owners Villa: This is our personal 1 Bedroom BEACHFRONT private, luxurious, villa that we are now offering, it is a very open and spacious design that is fully screened, with ceiling fans in every room.
    The villa has a large, lovely, Air Conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed and a louvered ocean view. The Owner's Villa has an exotic and lushly planted outdoor walled shower garden, a designer bathroom with a bidet and second indoor bathroom with a huge double sink vanity, tiled shower and a large his and hers walk-in closet.
    There is a full kitchen with coffee maker, blender, toaster, fridge, microwave, stove and sink and a large dining area and sitting room, plus a separate living room which opens out to a very large private open Veranda facing the ocean and the beach. The veranda is furnished with a table, chairs, hammock and a swing chair.
    The ocean view is breathtaking!
    Cook service for 1 meal per day is included, guests provide all groceries

    *Maid/cook services included in rates for cottages & owners villa and daily maid service included with suites.
    Babysitting: Qualified nannies - $4.00/hour or $25.00 for an 8 hour day (rates subject to change).
