| The Sunshine Building at Rhodes Hall has a wide variety of seafront rooms, villas, and suites. All rooms feature full ocean views from furnished verandah and bedside. Each room has a queen size bed, ceiling fan in the room and on the verandah, air conditioning, satellite TV, cell phone,endless hot water, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave, and modern bathrooms. |

| Desk/Internet rooms have a 5' desk, drawers and shelving. A fold-away or portable single bed may be provided, up to one child under 12 years in parents room allowed free of charge, all others will be charged $20 per night per person. |
