A deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
4 night deposit for winter reservations, 3 night deposit for summer.
Cancellation Policy
Villas: Winter: N/C if canceled 46 days prior. 4 night penalty if 45 days or less
No shows and short stays 4 night penalty
Summer: N/C if canceled 22 days prior . 3 night penalty if 21 days or less
No shows and short stays 3 night penalty
Rooms: Winter: N/C if cancelled 22 days prior. 3 night penalty if 21 days or less.
No shows and short stays 3 night penalty
Summer: N/C if canceled 11 days prior. 2 night penalty if 10 days or less.
No shows and short stays 2 night penalty
Jamaican and USA Holidays: All require 46 days cancellation notice to avoid a 4 night penalty.
