Cost: $699.00 US per couple
Requirements:
- Certified copies of both parties birth certificates showing father's name
- Letter stating: occupations of both parties, wedding date and time requested
(A late afternoon ceremony is usually suggested)
- Certified copies of Degree Absolute or Death Certificate (if applicable)
- Required documents must be sent by overnight courier (FedEx) at least 6 weeks in advance to:
