Requirments:
The law requires the couples to be in Jamaica twenty four (24) hours prior to the wedding.
The hotel further requests an additional 24 hours, so that the final arrangements can be made.
The age of consent in Jamaica is 18 years of age.
Non-English speaking passport holders must have the documents translated prior to the wedding.
The wedding date and time must be confirmed in advance.
Documents Required:
Notorized copies of bride and groom's birth certificates, showing father's name
Notorized photocopies of picture ID's, Drivers license or Passport
Notorized photocopies of divorce Decrees (if applicable)
Notorized photocopies of Death Certificates (if applicable)
Letters refuting any lawful impediment (proof of marital status of Bride and Groom)
Required documents must be sent at least one month prior to wedding date
