3 night penalty if 21 days or less. No shows and short stays 3 night penalty
High Winter (Dec 15 - Jan 5): N/C if cancelled 46 days prior.
4 night penalty if 45 days or less. No shows and short stays 4 night penalty
Low Winter (Jan 5 - Apr 15): N/C if cancelled 22 days prior.
3 night penalty if 21 days or less. No shows and short stays 3 night penalty
Jamaican and US Holidays:
All require 46 days cancellation notice to avoid a 4 night penalty
Dec 15 to Jan 6: Final payments are required 60 days prior to arrival
