Apr 16 - Dec 15: 1 week notice/Dec 16 - Apr 15: 2 weeks notice - Full Refund
Exception: 28 days notice for stays between Dec 24 and Jan 4
Within min. time period - Winter: 3 night penalty
Within min. time period - Summer: 3 night penalty
Short stays and no shows: penalty as above
